Welcome to your own private suite of
rooms in the wing of our Georgian Farmhouse in the heart of Devon.
We can provide B&B accommodation for up to 4 people (one double, two
singles), ideal for a short break for a couple or a
family holiday. Burrow Farm is set high on the hill with
far reaching views of the Devonshire countryside between Tiverton and Cullompton and only 15 minutes from the M5 motorway.
The accommodation is very private and self contained.
On the ground floor is a spacious sitting room with large wood
burning fire (with safety guard) and French windows opening onto the cobbled yard. There
is a small kitchen/dining area and a wet room. Spiral stairs lead to
a galleried mezzanine which is subdivided into a double bedded room
screened from a twin bedded area. (The stairs are gated making it
completely safe for babies and small children.)
Continental breakfast is provided in the
annex for you to eat at your leisure and will include fresh bread
and croissants with a variety of cold meats and cheeses as well as
homemade preserves and fresh fruit. Alternatively a cooked breakfast can be provided
if requested.
Our local village pub is just a mile
away and they serve imaginative evening and lunchtime meals at
reasonable prices.
The beautiful University City of Exeter is just 12
miles south along the picturesque Exe Valley. We are equidistant
from Exmoor and Dartmoor where guests can explore on foot, bicycle
or horseback.
The
South West Coast path and
Two Moors
Way provide challenging walking for the more energetic and there are
numerous bridleways and cycle paths throughout the counties of
Devon, Cornwall and Somerset.
The National Trust have a multitude of
properties to visit –
Knightshayes Court and
Killerton House are
right on our doorstep. The surfing beaches of North Devon
(Croyde, Woolacombe and Saunton) and sailing estuaries
and coves of South Devon (Exmouth, Dartmouth, Torbay and Salcombe)
are easily reached.
 
Enjoy the uninterrupted views of the
Devon countryside, swim in our large outdoor heated pool or just
relax by the fire.
